Please be detailed in writing your proposal to me. I may utilize commercially licensed, copyright-free, and/or educational materials, assets, and/or tools.

The client affirms that the character design, reference material, and other intellectual property provided are lawfully acquired and authorized for utilization by the client. Ensure that it is safe for use because I will not take responsibility.

I can decline projects or requests based on content, subject matter, or other reasons.

The client is PROHIBITED from redistributing, reselling, or reproducing any editable files purchased without my permission.

I welcome any VTuber themes and inspirations as long as they are original and/or not derived from another person's work, ensuring a unique and respectful design.

The minimum timeframe for work completion is 2 weeks to 3 months after I have labeled it as 'drafting' on my Trello.

Please be mindful that these times may fluctuate and are tentative like communications, workload, and any other matters.

The projected timeline for completion is intricately tailored to the commission type, the complexity of the project, and the prevailing workload at the time.

If there are any unforeseen delays or necessary adjustments to the originally communicated timeline, rest assured that I will promptly notify the client.

Client unresponsiveness without any notice will lengthen the deadline each for one day. So please make sure to give me proper updates. Thank you so much for your cooperation.

I mainly use Adobe Photoshop for any orders. I also use Corel Draw, Adobe After Effect, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, CSP, and Blender. The one that I rarely use and still currently learning is Figma.

The client is kindly requested to pay the full payment upfront via Paypal invoice or bank transfer as requested.

It's important to note that my pricing structure is subject to variation based on the complexity, specific requirements, and any additional requests made by the client. The current price is the 'start from' price. I will give you a final quote after reviewing your proposal.

Unlimited revisions for minor faults and limited to: changing the whole theme as what we have discussed before.

As stated, I will contact you through Discord, Twitter, or VGen after you fill in the request form. So please take part in filling it since I will contact you through that CP.

Any refunds are not possible unless I initiate it or I cannot handle the project.

After reaching out to me via the provided contact details and discussing your requirements, I will finalize the details of your order. Once confirmed, I will send you a confidential request form to complete. This form is essential to ensure I have all the necessary information to proceed with your commission request.

Once you have submitted the completed form, I will carefully review it to ensure everything is in order. You can expect to receive detailed feedback or confirmation within 2 hours to 1 full business day.

An invoice will be issued to the client via PayPal email within 24 hours of confirming the order. Please note that PayPal is the default payment method. A bank account transfer will only be used upon the client’s request, so kindly inquire in advance if you prefer this option.

Once payment is received, your name will be added to the Trello board, allowing full transparency and enabling the client to track the progress of their order. Clients are welcome to request updates or ask questions about their order at any time. I am committed to responding promptly during regular working hours to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience for both parties.

Work will be started once the status is marked as 'drafting.' Please keep this in mind when placing your order. The timeline for completion will follow the agreed-upon schedule and/or typically ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the workload and the efficiency of communication throughout the process.

Feedback will be made whenever the current progress is nearly finished. Things that I need feedback on is everything and not limited to: Theme accuracy, colors, sizes, placements, layoutings, etc.
